1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a size issue (if applicable)
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Item must be returned with original packaging and tags
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
- Items without original packaging or tags
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue
- Share clear pictures of the product
- Our team will review and approve your request
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size issues or defective products
- Exchange will be processed after we receive the returned item
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in case of out-of-stock items or unavailable exchange
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
- In case of damaged or wrong item, Chandi House will cover the shipping cost
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
