At Chandi House, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a size issue (if applicable)

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must be returned with original packaging and tags
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
  • Items without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue
  2. Share clear pictures of the product
  3. Our team will review and approve your request
  4. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size issues or defective products
  • Exchange will be processed after we receive the returned item

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of out-of-stock items or unavailable exchange
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
  • In case of damaged or wrong item, Chandi House will cover the shipping cost

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
